Return Policy
What you see is what you get. If your order does not match up, or the item is defected please notify so within seven days from the date of receipt. Send us an email and we will assist you further.
The item should be packed accordingly and returned to us in the original condition within seven days from the date of receipt. Once we have received the returned goods, please permit two to four weeks for us to replace the defected item and prepare the shipping in case the item is not in stock. In any case, we will update you on the progress.

Ordering & Paying
Browse through our shop categories for an item you like. Press "add to cart" to move the desired item to your "Shopping Basket." Continue shopping until your purchase is complete at which then you should proceed to "Checkout" where you are asked to confirm your order. Once you are ready with your purchase, click on "Submit Order" to finalize the process.

RBRTH.com accepts:
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal.
Depending on your destination, there might Custom added tax. We are not responsible for these types of fees.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Make sure you have submitted a working e-mail address, as you will need to have your order number for future reference.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?
Once you have submitted your order, it is processed and you cannot add or remove any items from your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Once you have placed your order, it is processed through a few steps, which does not allow you to alter or omit your order.
To view your order and its status, simply log in to your account. You are also able to view your entire history of orders.
Your order status displays the progress of your order.

To check your order status, please sign in to your account and click on "Order Status."

Shipping
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email to confirm. You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping method and taxes if applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We work with UPS (United Parcel Services) for international shipping. We ship worldwide from Indonesia as well as within the country using a different shipping carrier.
If you live in Indonesia your order will be shipped through TIKI JNE.
For those living outside of Indonesia, we offer two different UPS services, which you can choose before finalizing your order. Our official UPS shipping calculator will automatically give you the updated shipping cost to your appointed destination. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
